making limoncello

A new adventure in making yummy things: I made my own Limoncello.
I carefully peeled organic lemons, added wodka en put it away in a dark place for 20 days. After that I added the water en sugar and had to be patient again. Today I tasted it with some nice friends and it was delicious!

I used this recipe (the one with the least sugar)

  1. Ik krijg een heel zomers gevoel van dit blogberichtje! Met lang warme avonden in Italie, aan een lange tafel vol met lekker eten tussen de olijfbomen :)
